AKD Sizing Promoter

We can offer kinds of AKD sizing promoters, which can solve the problems of AKD maturation for different paper types and different sizing conditions. As an accelerator, it is added to AKD (alkyl ketene dimer) lotion to provide strong cationic component protector for the "fourth generation" high solid content AKD lotion, improve the stability of lotion, reduce the particle size of lotion, greatly limit the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD, and promote the maturation of AKD.

Used in AKD neutral-alkaline sizing system, greatly limiting the AKD hydrolysis and migration tendencies. The "third generation" AKD mainly used to precipitate calcium carbonate loading multi-purpose photocopy paper. After the paper containing cationic polymer is reused, 60% of the cationic polymer still is adsorpted in the fibre,the paper can have good water increasing function.

Reference dosage: For one ton of fresh 15% AKD emulsion (with wax flakes at 120-125kg per ton), add 20kg-25kg of this product. Please first have a small test to confirm the correct method and dosage.

(1) 125kg,200kg per PE Drum or 1000L IBC.

(2) Pack and preserve the product in a sealed, cool and dry condition, and avoid contacting strong oxidants.

(3) The term of validity: Two years.

(4) Transportation: Non-dangerous goods.
